Cathy Joulwan, Information Coordinator

Cathy worked with her husband, Chaplain Charlie in Prison Ministry for over 20 years.  Chaplain Charlie's ministry worked with our ministry for over 30 years.  Charlie went to be with the Lord October 9, 2006 and Cathy came on board with us shortly after his Home-going.
